Benefits for club members for the Rock Digging Adventures is the material is $3.00 per pound instead of $4.00. Also you get to take a cab class for $25.00 at the Parma Club house and then use cab machines for 2 hours each week free at Caldwell club house or Parma club house. Call to make your appointment for the class or after your class. Kurt 208-866-3741, Charlene 208-369-1067 when you call we will give you the address and information on how to access the equipment. For Caldwell it will be at the shop and you must make an appointment by calling the shop at 208-475-4550. Use of the tile saw at either location is free for cutting shapes out of your slabs. Any other cutting on the tile saw is $1.00 an inch. Oil saws we do the cutting, and it is $2.00 an inch. It is not free for electricity and heat and in the Boise location we have to pay for the space rent. It would be nice if you could help defray these costs by donating $ at either one of our stores or on the Earth Brite Rock Hounders membership page.

Things to remember when you going out rockhounding with any group.

1. Be respectful to the land and each other. If you dig a hole fill it in when done. Pick up all your trash. Pick up litter if you find it. Leave the land cleaner than you found it.

2. Dress appropriately for the weather and Terrain. Idaho weather changes in the blink of an eye.

3. Bring plenty of water and food.

4. Make sure your vehicle is in proper working order and can make the trip.

5. Bring proper equipment, bucket & tools.

6. Have fun.

7. Ask questions, if we do not know the answer someone in the group might. There are a lot of seasoned rockhounders in Earth Brite and we are all here to help.

8. Watch out for critters, snakes, Badgers and such. We are a long way from help and sometimes cell service.

9 If you go through a gate please close it to help our ranchers keep their animals safe & secure.

10. Be mindful & respectful of other peoples claims and properties.

11. We are any family friendly group, please if you bring children watch them closely so they do not get injured, lost or find an unfriendly critter.

This is just a few things to keep in mind while on your outting. Be prepared!
